Privacy

Your league history stays yours.

Fantasy Archive processes only the information needed to import, build, bill for, and maintain your league archive.

What we process

During import, the browser connector reads league history through your existing ESPN session. It removes reusable sign-in fields and account fields before Fantasy Archive accepts an import. We also process the archive-owner email you provide, customization choices, and Stripe billing identifiers.

What we keep

We retain the credential-free league evidence needed to reproduce your archive, normalized archive data, manager display names entered by the commissioner, purchase and subscription state, generation diagnostics, and published archive files. We do not need or retain your ESPN password, SWID, ESPN_S2 cookie, or browser session.

Public archives

Your finished archive is designed to be publicly shareable at its permanent URL. Receipt and ownership email addresses, payment details, connector credentials, and private intake artifacts are not published in the archive.

Service providers

Stripe processes checkout and subscription payments. Vercel hosts the web application, Render runs archive-generation work, and Supabase stores private commerce records and archive artifacts. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role.

Deletion and questions

A verified archive owner may request deletion or ask a privacy question through the support channel published on the Support page. The final retention window and support address must be approved before paid sales open.
