Your league history stays yours.

Fantasy Archive Connector uses your existing ESPN browser session to make user-initiated, read-only fantasy requests. The extension does not request browser cookie permission and does not read or store ESPN cookie values. Your ESPN password, SWID, ESPN_S2, and other reusable ESPN credentials are not sent to Fantasy Archive.

Before upload, imported league history is limited to an approved schema and raw ESPN account or member IDs are replaced with acquisition-specific aliases. Sanitized ESPN manager display or account names may be retained privately to help the commissioner identify people in Who's Who. Schema-filtered league history may be retained so Fantasy Archive can reproduce and maintain the customer's archive.

We process the archive-owner email and customization choices supplied in the builder, manager display names entered by the commissioner, support communications, Stripe customer, Promotion Code, promotion-program, and billing identifiers, purchase and subscription state, generation diagnostics, and archive files. Stripe processes payment-card details; Fantasy Archive does not receive full card details.

Vercel forwards the requesting network address used by Fantasy Archive's abuse controls. Fantasy Archive immediately transforms that value with an HMAC into a rate-limit identifier and does not store the source address in its rate-limit record. Vercel, Render, Supabase, and other infrastructure may maintain limited request, security, and operational logs for reliability, fraud prevention, and incident response.

When a visitor arrives through a campaign link, Fantasy Archive may retain standard UTM values and an approved first-party source label with a random browser-session journey ID. We record only a small set of setup milestones and explicit failure categories, then link that journey to an archive intake if the visitor reaches checkout preparation. This helps us understand which outreach works and where setup needs improvement. Funnel records do not contain a referrer, full IP address, ESPN credentials, payment-card details, or published league content.

The builder uses sessionStorage to retain in-progress, credential-free setup state and first-touch campaign attribution in the current browser session. Theme preference is kept in localStorage. Fantasy Archive does not use those stores for advertising profiles and does not operate nonessential advertising or analytics cookies.

A finished archive is designed to be publicly shareable at its hosted public URL while hosting remains available and the archive remains active. Published archive artifacts exclude private intake evidence, receipt and ownership email addresses, billing information, connector credentials, and private support records.

Fantasy Archive uses information only to provide, maintain, secure, and support the service. We do not sell personal information and do not use league or customer information for personalized advertising.

Stripe processes checkout and subscription payments. Vercel hosts the web application, Render runs archive-generation work, and Supabase stores private commerce records and archive artifacts. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role.

Cancellation, hosting expiration, suspension, or service discontinuation may cause an archive to be removed from public access. Removing an archive from public access does not by itself delete the underlying archive data, private import evidence, billing state, or operational records. Those records are kept only as long as needed to provide and protect the active service, complete an orderly shutdown, meet legal or accounting duties, prevent fraud, maintain security, or resolve disputes. A verified archive owner may request deletion by emailing support@myfantasyarchive.com with the archive URL and receipt email. We will verify ownership and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days; records that must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security reasons are limited and kept only for the required period. Never send ESPN credentials, cookies, or payment-card details.

A person appearing in a public archive may email support@myfantasyarchive.com to request review of personal information or content associated with them. We review the request, the archive-owner's authority, the factual league record, and applicable obligations. A request does not automatically delete an entire league record or override records that must be retained.
