If Fantasy Archive cannot successfully produce the purchased archive, we may first attempt to repair or complete the order. If we ultimately cannot deliver the purchased archive, the creation purchase will be refunded. Historical and data-coverage limitations disclosed in the builder before checkout are not ordinarily grounds for a refund when the archive is generated as represented.

The $35 archive creation purchase includes the first full year of hosting. An eligible Commissioner Beta code discounts only the creation price and does not discount future hosting. New standard purchases collect the first $35 hosting and annual completed-season refresh charge on the disclosed purchase anniversary, then renew annually until canceled. Commissioner Beta checkout requires no payment method; the customer must add one before that anniversary to continue at $35 per year. Otherwise the beta subscription pauses and no automatic renewal charge is attempted. Existing customers retain the renewal price disclosed under their original purchase contract unless they intentionally agree to a later change. Annual hosting charges are ordinarily non-refundable after the annual service term begins. Customer cancellation does not ordinarily produce a prorated partial-year refund.

Use the secure Manage / Cancel Hosting flow to stop future renewals online. Emailing support@myfantasyarchive.com from the archive-owner email with the archive URL remains available as a fallback. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current included or paid hosting term. Subject to the Terms, the archive remains available through that term. Cancellation does not automatically delete the archive or underlying data; verified deletion is a separate Privacy Policy request.

Potential duplicate charges or payments will be investigated and corrected where appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits refunds or other remedies required by applicable law.

If Fantasy Archive voluntarily ends paid hosting before a prepaid term ends, we may provide a prorated refund, credit, or another remedy where appropriate or legally required. This does not guarantee a shutdown refund in every circumstance, including insolvency, legal prohibition, fraud or abuse, or events outside our reasonable control.

Email support@myfantasyarchive.com from the archive-owner email and include the archive URL and receipt details. Never send ESPN credentials, browser cookies, or full payment-card details. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
