We’ll help get the archive home.

Creating or refreshing an ESPN archive requires Chrome on a computer because the secure connector uses your existing ESPN browser sign-in. After choosing Add to Chrome, return to the builder and use Refresh & Check. The finished archive works in any modern browser on a phone, tablet, or computer. If an import stops, use Try again; the service validates every chunk before accepting the league.

Keep your Stripe receipt and archive URL. A payment can be correlated without asking for card details, and a durable generation job can be inspected or retried without repeating the ESPN import.

Use Manage / Cancel Hosting to request a secure Stripe-hosted billing link. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current included or paid hosting term. Subject to the Terms, the archive remains available through that term. Email support@myfantasyarchive.com from the archive-owner email with the archive URL if the secure link does not arrive. Cancellation does not delete archive data; verified deletion is a separate Privacy Policy request.

A verified archive owner may ask a privacy question or request deletion by emailing support@myfantasyarchive.com with the archive URL and receipt email. Eligible deletion requests are completed within 30 days.

A person appearing in a public archive may email support@myfantasyarchive.com to request review of personal information or content associated with them. Requests are reviewed with the archive owner and relevant obligations; they do not automatically delete an entire league record.

Email support@myfantasyarchive.com. Include the archive URL and receipt email, but never send ESPN credentials, cookies, or payment-card details.
