Fantasy Archive creates a hosted historical website from league evidence available through the supported import flow. Coverage varies by league, season, and what the source platform still retains. Missing evidence is omitted rather than invented.

You represent that you are authorized to access and submit the league information, request its publication, and supply the names, logo, and customization you submit. You remain responsible for content you choose to make publicly shareable.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Fantasy Archive a limited, nonexclusive license to host, reproduce, format, display, operate, support, and reasonably wind down the archive solely as needed to provide the service. Those limited rights may be provided to service providers only as needed to support the service; they are not an unrelated or perpetual marketing license.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher, and legally capable of entering this agreement.

Fantasy Archive hosts a public league archive as an ongoing service, not as a purchase of lifetime or perpetual hosting. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that every feature will remain available, or that Fantasy Archive will operate indefinitely. We may maintain, modify, limit, suspend, replace, or discontinue features or some or all of the service. We may suspend access without advance notice when reasonably necessary to address security risks, unlawful or abusive use, legal requirements, infrastructure or service-provider failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

New archive creation purchases are $35. An eligible Commissioner Beta code discounts only that creation price, potentially to $0 due today; it does not discount future hosting. The creation purchase includes hosting through the first calendar anniversary of purchase. Standard purchases collect a payment method and, unless canceled before renewal, hosting and one annual completed-season refresh renew automatically for $35 per year, plus applicable taxes. Commissioner Beta checkout does not require a payment method; to continue hosting after the included year, the customer must intentionally add one before the disclosed renewal date. Without one, the beta subscription pauses and no automatic renewal charge is attempted. Existing customers remain on the pricing contract disclosed when they purchased unless they intentionally agree to a later change. The annual refresh requires the commissioner to reconnect ESPN through the supported secure import flow. Fantasy Archive does not retain reusable ESPN credentials, and refresh coverage remains subject to the historical data the source platform makes available. We may change the price of a future renewal term by providing notice as required by applicable law. A price change does not alter a term that has already been paid, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

You may cancel future renewals online before the renewal date through the secure Manage / Cancel Hosting flow. Emailing support@myfantasyarchive.com from the archive-owner email with the archive URL remains available as a fallback. We will confirm the cancellation and its effective date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current included or paid hosting term, and no further renewal will be charged after it takes effect. Unless access must be suspended for security, abuse, legal requirements, service discontinuation, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, the archive will remain available through that term. Cancellation does not by itself delete the archive or its underlying data. Verified deletion requests are handled separately under the Privacy Policy.

A failed renewal does not shorten a hosting term that has already been paid. Stripe may retry collection. If hosting expires or a renewal remains unpaid, Fantasy Archive may suspend or remove the archive from public access after the paid-through date. We may assist with restoring hosting where available, but continued availability, a grace period, reminders, and reactivation are not guaranteed. Taking an archive offline is not the same as deleting its underlying data; retention and verified deletion requests are governed by the Privacy Policy.

Fantasy Archive may modify, suspend, sell, transfer, or discontinue some or all of the service in the future. When reasonably practicable, we will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of a planned discontinuation that materially affects active paid hosting. Advance notice may not be possible for emergencies, security incidents, legal prohibitions, infrastructure or service-provider failures, insolvency, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. These terms do not guarantee a minimum operating lifetime or perpetual hosting.

If Fantasy Archive or archive hosting is discontinued, public archive URLs and stored archive data may become unavailable. Fantasy Archive does not currently include a guaranteed downloadable, self-hosted, portable, or static archive export. If preservation instructions or tools are available when hosting ends or the service is discontinued, we may make them available, but their availability and format are not guaranteed. Retained information will continue to be handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

If Fantasy Archive cannot produce a purchased archive, we may first attempt to repair or complete the order. If we ultimately cannot deliver the purchased archive, the creation purchase will be refunded. Annual hosting charges are ordinarily non-refundable after the annual service term begins, and customer cancellation does not ordinarily create a prorated refund. If Fantasy Archive voluntarily ends paid hosting before the end of a prepaid term and no substantially equivalent service is available, we may provide a prorated refund, credit, or other remedy where appropriate or required by law. Additional details are provided in the Refunds and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Do not use the connector or archive service to access a league without permission, submit malicious content, interfere with the service, or publish information you are not authorized to share.
